How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1–2 business days across all governorates of Kuwait.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders above 10 KWD. Orders below 10 KWD have a 1.500 KWD delivery fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and KNET.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order from your account page before it is shipped. Once shipped, please contact us to initiate a return.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Do you ship outside Kuwait?
Currently we only deliver within Kuwait.
